The Charities HR Network is committed to driving improvements in HR practice across the Third sector. One of the ways that we do this is to form strategic partnerships with organisations and companies that can help support our aims. These partnerships allow our members to access expertise and resources that might not otherwise have been available to them. It allows our partners a platform to showcase their products and/or expertise in a way that benefits our members but also makes commercial sense for them in establishing themselves as leaders in the sector.
We are firmly committed to a partnership model that is not about ‘sales pitches’ but working together in a way that genuinely benefits both organisations. For 2021 we are delighted to be working with Bates Wells as our strategic employment law partner and TPP recruitment who support our recruitment Special interest group.
We are also pleased to continue our close working relationship with Agenda Consulting who have been a long-term supporter of our work through tailored surveys and preferential access for our members to events. We also have strong ties to professional bodies such as the CIPD and institute of Fundraising and infrastructure organisations such as NCVO.
